Survey results report key challenges psychologists experience and their ways of coping. Unique occupational concerns are presented on how to reduce stigma for help-seeking assistance.Recently developed self-care strategies,wellness approaches presented. Surprising results reported are examined with forty theree percent of psychologists not telling anyone about their heightened stress. Primary antidote to combat this is the value of work/life balance. Gender and diversity considerations are addressed along with professionalconsiderations in confronting these challenges. Bridgemans trusted-reciprocity preventive model for cultivating resilience is one lens explored to strengthen positive coping and flourishing.
