Through computer simulations and the third party game experiment(a variant of trust game), this paper discussed whether there exists bytander effect of altruistic punishment in network envirinment. Results: when punishment strength is measured by money, main effect of costs is significant; When punishment strength is measured by credit, Interactions between them is significant. Main effect of bystanders' number is significant. Main effect of costs is not significant. Conclusion: 1) there is no bystander effect in network altruistic punishment of money, 2) there are typical bystander effect in network altruistic punishment of credit, 3)altruistic punishment can markedly release emotions regardless of amount of bystanders.
