The significance of experimental studies on cross-cultural peculiarities in ethno-psychology

Nowadays the sphere of cross cultural psychology is vastly developing. Since Kazakhstan is a multinational country, it is populated by many different ethnoses. Scientific prognosis of the study: if the concept of psychological significance of each nation's ethnical relationship is proven in terms of theoretic and methodological way, then there is an opportunity to thoroughly define cross-cultural peculiarities of each ethnos. The purpose of the study: Determining the cross-cultural peculiarities of interethnic tolerance and relationship between nations, defining the psychological features of ethnic relationship. The applied methodologies of psychodiagnostic studying the cross-cultural peculiarities: a- «Intolerance-Tolerance» INTOL methodology bL.G.Pochebbut., D- «Ethnic similarity» O.L. Romanova, g- «Cultural values orientation test. 860 people were involved by this methodology. There were 460 Kazakhs, and 400 other nationalities representatives.As clear from the results of the study, the concept of ethnic cultural community psychology regards to "culure" and "ethnos"; each nation has own cross-cultural peculiarities.
