The purpose of this study is to develop a program for job-seekers with disabilities in order to improve their life-career resilience which includes not only their work life but also their whole life. Though the usual goal of employment support is just to help job-seekers find a new job, many people, especially those who have disabilities, experience difficulty in sustaining a life-career in the unstable society of the modern world. The program that was developed consists of 5 parts: acceptance, long-term outlook, multi-faceted lifestyle, optimism and ongoing coping. This program was implemented and evaluated for 100 people with disabilities through an employment support company. The effects of the program were evaluated by qualitative and quantitative research regarding life-career resilience and mental health. Finally, the importance of maintaining these effects in the daily service of the employment support company was discussed.
