Description
In this session the strategies of management of paralytic strabismus will be discussed. The steps before considering any surgery will also be highlighted. Management of fourth nerve palsy will be evaluated with special emphasis on congenital and acquired cases. The current surgical options and also the use of botulinum toxin will be evaluated in sixth nerve palsy. In third nerve palsy both the conventional methods and also the orbital fixation methods will be discussed during the session
