Description
A course in academic life, leadership development has become necessary to guide residents and young academicians. On the other hand for achieving success in daily and in business life, coaching has also become a widely used service. In current leadership teaching, techniques of guidance are being applied. In coaching, however, the philosophy and techniques differ from those used in conventional guidance for leadership development. By using coaching methods in mentoring, the performance of the coachee can be improved and the coachee can always use them when needed. This course will provide general information including the philosophy and the techniques applied in coaching in medical practice and academic life.
