Objective/Purpose
Toric IOL s are usually used for regular and symetric astigmatism.

However they can be required in case of high astigmatism such as post traumatic cases, keratoconus or post corneal grafts.

Summary of Content
There are 3 parts in this five minutes video of cataract surgery with toric IOLs:
- post corneal grafts
- post traumatic cataract with epitelial ingrowth several years after lasik surgery
- keratoconus

Each case is illustrated with the Nidek OPD-Scan so that one can see both corneal topography, internal topography(ie the astigmatism induced by the toric IOL) and the refraction.
