The Canary Health Service has designed the strategy "The Circles of HEALTHY LIFE (COHL)", which aims to inform and sensitize the public about the following protection factors: no smoking, healthy eating, daily physical activity, alcohol the less the better, stress control and having the right amount of rest.
A multidisciplinary team performs the following actions:
1. Development of training materials: guide, brochures, supporting documents, workshops, video, dynamic screens and questionnaires.
2. Tasks for message diffusion: It has promoted multi-sectorial collaboration, scientific forums, websites, and dynamic displays.
3. Training of trainers: The program trains socio-sanitary mediators.
The report shows the results of the evaluation strategy and the training received by 161 socio-sanitary mediators.
The evaluation of the strategy and the training of COHL show optimal valuation. The results are discussed in relation to the need to transfer these results to the vulnerable population groups, taking into account their health conditions.
