To explore the intervention effectiveness of the group sandplay therapy for junior middle school students with higher aggression. After measured the explicit and implicit aggression, we selected 6 students with higher implicit and 6 explicit aggression as interventional group with standardized sandplay 10 times while the higher implicit(n=6) and explicit aggression(n=6) as control group. The post-test data were collected and the theme features of group sandplay were coded. Results showed that (1)The post-test implicit aggression of intervention group with higher implicit aggression had a significantly lower than in former-test and the post-test of control group; the explicit aggression of the intervention group with higher explicit aggression in post-test had a significantly lower than in former-test and the post-test of control group;(2)Comparing with the earlier stage, the traumatic topics reduced significantly and the healing themes increased significantly in the later stage of both the two intervention groups.
