This study aimed to identify road traffic unsafe behaviors in Indonesia. Unsafe behavior identification is a crucial step in reducing accidents based on behavioral safety approach. The identified unsafe behaviors will be used to develop a road traffic safety program. The data collection was started by listing the known road traffic unsafe behaviors. The process was followed by a focused group discussion to identify unsafe behaviors from road users' perspective. The subjects were early adult road users in Indonesia. The group discussions were conducted not only to identify unsafe behaviors but also to expose the subjects to various road traffic unsafe behaviors. This will increase subjects' awareness of road traffic unsafe behaviors. The focused group discussions have successfully identified several unsafe road traffic behaviors in Indonesia.
