Psychological features of the value sphere structure of titular ethnic group of Kazakhstan

The objective is to identify factor structure and ethno psychological peculiarities of value sphere of titular nation of Kazakhstan.
Methods: Schwartz Value Survey, Rokeach Value Survey, Fantalova'sdiagnostics of value orientations system.
Respondents were from 20 to 60 years old (N=100).
As a result of factor analysis were established 36 new factors explaining more than 82.31% of total variance.
The structure of value sphere of Kazakhstan's title ethnic group is many-sided and includes both individual and social values.
Individual values, enabling to reach social success, success in work activities are predominating.They are competence, purposefulness and orderliness.
Value orientations related to principles of ecological expediency, maintenance of traditions; equal rights, freedom; focus on the desire to be useful and to act for others are also significant.
Further work for comparative analysis of factor structure of value spheres of titular nation of Kazakhstan with representatives of other ethnic groups is planned.
